ALL CUSTOMERS HAVE 07 DAYS TO RETURN
- All returns must be received to our warehouse within 07 days from receiving date.
- Any returnable items past the 07th day are deemed un-returnable and will not be accepted.
- All returnable items must have the label, tags on them and must not appear to have been
washed, worn or altered, sent back in their original package.
- We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear, and clearance items.
- All returns must be approved by our support team prior to their sending.
STEPS TO RETURN ITEMS
Step 1: Please contact us immediately at our Contact Us page stating your order number
Step 2: We review your complaint with all your details as above and offer a solution.
1. If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the product price or resend a replacement.
2. If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can allow a return too. In that case, the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the product price after deducting the delivery charges and any third party payment fee if applicable.
Receive Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the event an order is delivered with defective, damaged or incorrect items please follow the above steps. Once we receive your information we will allow a return. Once we received the package, we will send you an exchange at our own expense or refund you in full.
We need your help to confirm the issue. For this, Contact us with your order number along with the following details:
- Please confirm the size you have ordered.
- Please confirm the size you have received.
- Please let us know whether the fitting is large or too small.
We will review your case and offer a solution.
If we sent you the wrong size: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
If you ordered the wrong size: You can return the product back for a product refund or an exchange. Delivery charges are borne by the customer both ways.
We will deliver what you have ordered at the address you have provided in the check-out.
Customer is fully responsible for inputting the right address and select the right size and products.
If you realize you have ordered the wrong item and want to exchange please contact us, then we can allow you to return. All delivery charges to return and to send back as an exchange are at the customer’s expense.
Exemptions from refunds and exchanges:
Unless Venus Glamour made a mistake, items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear, earrings and categories specifically marked as “Returns not accepted”.
